Generate and distribute unique access tokens to attendees

What Are Access Tokens?

Unique 64-character codes that grant secure access to your event without requiring accounts:

Unique per attendee: Each person gets their own token
No login required: Attendees just follow the link
Revocable: Instantly disable access by revoking a token
Role-scoped: Different roles get different capabilities

Token Roles

Organizer: Full event management access
Coordinator: Edit agenda, manage people, access files
Staff: View agenda and files, mark sessions complete
Attendee: View agenda and public information only

Create Access Links

Open your event
Go to Invitations tab
Click Invite New Person
Enter name and email
Choose their role (Organizer / Coordinator / Staff / Attendee)
Click Send Invitation

What Happens Next

The system:

Generates a unique 64-character token for this person
Sends them an email with their access link
They click the link to view the event
No account creation needed

View and Edit Invitations

The Invitations tab shows all invited people:

Edit: Change their name or role
Revoke Access: Instantly disable their token
Resend Invite: Email them a new copy of their link
Delete: Remove their invitation entirely

Revoking vs. Deleting

Revoke Access: Their token stops working, but their historical data is preserved
Delete: Complete removal (careful—cannot be undone)

Tip: Revoking is usually better than deleting so you keep records of who was invited.
