What Attendees See

How invited guests access and view your event

1. They Receive an Email Invite

An email arrives with a subject line like "You're invited to [Event Name]" and includes:

A personalized access link
Basic event info (dates, location)
CTA button: "View Event"

2. They Click the Link

No account creation, no login. The link looks like:

example.com/event-access/[64-char-token]

3. They Land on the Event Page

They immediately see:

Event name and key details
Full agenda with times and speakers
Speaker bios and photos
Location and timezone details
Any shared documents or media

Agenda & Sessions

Full daily schedules
Session titles and descriptions
Speaker names and bios
Times and room assignments
Speaker photos (if uploaded)

Event Details

Location/venue information
Event dates and times
Timezone display (attendee-facing)
Event description and notes

Files & Media

Presentation decks (if linked)
Sizzle reels and videos
Reference documents
Event photos (if shared)

Role-Based Features

Attendees: View agenda, photos, documents only
Staff: Plus ability to mark sessions complete
Coordinators: Plus edit agenda, manage people
Organizers: Full management access

Live Updates

Real-time changes to the agenda, speaker info, or media appear instantly for all attendees.

Post-Event Access

After the event:

Attendees can still access the agenda and documents
The "After Report" becomes visible (if enabled)
You can add photos and recordings post-event

Revoking Access

If you revoke an invitation:

Their token immediately stops working
They can no longer access the event
Their historical views/participation may be retained (for analytics)
